Vicky Sharma is an first-year undergraduate student at Delhi University. He has been selected for Google Summer of Code 2026 to work on the project Recovering Computer Vision Annotations from Historical Airborne Imagery for Biodiversity Monitoring. The project aims to develop a pipeline to recover ML-ready annotations from historical bird survey screenshots using computer vision and deep learning techniques.
